I have spent close to two decades inside HR technology — across PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday. I co-founded E1 Consulting and grew its engineering team from zero to thirty, building practices around Workday Extend, integrations, and AI.

My work lives at the intersection of enterprise platforms and product engineering. I build where I see gaps — on Workday Extend, as standalone SaaS, or with agentic AI. I think the best technology comes from people who understand the domain deeply enough to know what is missing.

What I think about HR technology

Enterprise HR platforms are broad but shallow. The gap between what they ship and what organisations actually need is not shrinking — but AI is changing who can close it, and how fast.
